No. VaultRecruit does not directly perform the recruiting activity, but connects the company with a qualified recruiter. Selection is carried out by the freelance recruiter, with platform tools and support.
In which countries do you operate?
We currently operate in Italy, with a focus on SMEs and startups. The roadmap includes expansion into other European markets in the medium term.
How are recruiters selected?
Every recruiter goes through an onboarding process managed by our HR Network back office: skills verification, sector specialization, track record. Quality is guaranteed by performance metrics and a rating system.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. VaultRecruit handles personal data in full compliance with GDPR. Candidate information is shared with recruiters only in a compliant way and limited to the selection process.
